Terms of the Calgary Home Dashboard pass

These terms cover the 3-month pass to the Calgary Home Dashboard, sold by TeploMaps. Buying the pass means agreeing to them.

What the pass gives

For 3 months from the day it is bought, the full dashboard: every home's estimated value and its value by month, the assessed value, the 2026 property tax, the year built and the lot size, every filter, and no ads. The pass ends by itself after 3 months. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

One person

The pass is for the person who bought it. It works on up to 3 devices at a time; opening the link on a fourth signs out the one signed in longest ago. Please do not share the link.

What the pass does not allow

• Copying the dashboard's figures in bulk, by script or by hand.
• Reselling or republishing the figures, or using them to build another product, map or database.

Quoting a few figures, in a conversation, an email or your own notes, is fine.

What the figures are

The estimated values are estimates. They are not appraisals, and they are not offers to buy or sell. They come from the public sources named on the Sources page. Check anything important with a professional before relying on it.

Limits

A pass that downloads far more than one person could use may be paused. TeploMaps will write to the email it was bought with before ending one.
